BRAZORIA COUNTY, Texas - Homeowners in Brazoria County whose homes were damaged by severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds or Hurricane Beryl in 2024 can learn about recovery assistance Thursday.

The Texas General Land Office will host an outreach event on August 20: GLO representatives will provide information and help eligible homeowners apply for programs offering: The programs are limited to primary residences.

Homeowners may apply for either reimbursement or repair and reconstruction assistance, but not both.
