TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Insurance broker Ricardo Luna spoke at Oak Street Health in Tyler about choosing a Medicare plan, prescription drug coverage and enrollment timing.

Luna said the most important thing is to make a decision and at least get a prescription drug plan to avoid a government fine.
