LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A Parent-Teacher Organization member was arrested on a possible fraud allegation associated with a school in the Livingston Independent School District, following a local police investigation.

The Livingston Police Department said that 40-year-old Matthew Anderson is accused of falsifying PTO bank statements for personal gain.

An arrest warrant was issued on Sept. 11, 2026, charging Anderson with forgery to obtain property or services.
