TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - State prosecutors have offered a plea deal to an Overton man accused of hitting and killing a FedEx driver making a delivery on State Highway 64 in Smith County.

Darren Wade Coleman, 30, appeared Monday before 475th District Judge Taylor Heaton at the Smith County Courthouse.

He is charged with manslaughter in the July 8, 2025, death of Hidekel "E.D." Cornelio, 26.
