KILGORE, Texas (KLTV) - The Kilgore Marketplace Shopping Center announced Wednesday that Five Below and Marshalls would be opening in the shopping center, bringing two national retailers to the city.

The redevelopment will turn the long-vacant former Big Lots space into two dedicated retail suites, with Five Below and Marshalls occupying respective storefronts, according to SRH Commercial Services."Welcoming Five Below and Marshalls to Kilgore Marketplace is about more than filling a vacant building, it is about two national retailers making a long-term commitment to Kilgore, and we could not be prouder to bring them here," developer Samuel Ross Harle said in a statement.

Construction is expected to begin next month, with both stores targeting a late Summer 2027 opening, according to the developer.
