TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - Criminal complaints and a superseding indictment filed in the Waco Division of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas reveal a planned robbery involving for THC vape products in Temple ended with a Salado teenager fatally shot and four men indicted in connection to his death.

KWTX has learned a grand jury indicted Colton Carter, Donivan Bynum, Davier Green and Manyiah Moore on a charge of conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery.

Murder charges have not yet been filed.
