PASADENA, Texas (KTRK) -- A woman is in the hospital after being shot multiple times in Pasadena on Friday, according to police.

The Pasadena Police Department said officers responded to the scene at about 6:20 a.m. in the 200 block of W. Jackson Avenue.

Officials said the victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds in her vehicle and was taken to the hospital.
