Gillespie County commissioners continued to work through budget discussions at their regular meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 11.

The final discussion before the proposed budget is posted for public review will take place this Friday, Aug. 14, at 9 a.m., when commissioners will deliberate over a proposed 2026 tax rate.

Over the coming weekend, the proposed budget draft will be posted for public review.
