KERRVILLE, Texas - Kerrville Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Thursday morning on West McFarland Street.

The department says there is no danger to the public.

The shooting victim, an adult male, was transported to a trauma center in San Antonio, where he is receiving medical treatment, according to the Kerrville Police Department.
