Couples who attended the Wurstfest Opa Social this weekend had the opportunity to take home a flower arrangement, thanks to the hard work of floral design students from Canyon Lake High School and Long Creek High School.

Alyssa Hoskins, CLHS' floral design teacher, said the schools were asked to make 200 arrangements for the social.

The students gathered at the convention center on Friday to prepare the arrangements.
