POLK COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - There have been several water rescues in Deep East Texas as Tropical Storm Edouard hovers over the area.

Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons there have been a couple water rescues and some roads have water over them.

Lufkin District Captain Brandon Moseley said game wardens are responding to high water calls as needed under the direction of TDEM.
