WOOD COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - An Alba man is behind bars after deputies say he touched and made sexual advances toward an underaged girl.

Blakely Scott Mezzell, 36, was held Monday at the Wood County Jail on $75,000 bond for a warrant charging him with indecency with a child, according to jail records.

On Saturday, a Wood County deputy met with the parents of an underage girl, who said their daughter had called to tell them that Mezzell had touched her inappropriately and made sexual advances toward her while they were riding in a car together, according to an affidavit obtained by KLTV.
