Dr. Sabrina Adrian, organist at First Presbyterian Church in Kerrville, will perform An Organ Odyssey: A Programmatic Recital, on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public.

A free-will offering will be accepted to support the church's music ministry.

Adrian describes the program as "a transcendent musical voyage across 10 masterworks, mapping Odysseus's decade-long journey home." According to the organist, this is a departure from traditional recital formats, in that An Organ Odyssey tracks the mythical journey of Odysseus from the smoldering ash of Troy back to his kingdom of Ithaca.
