Howard College, Skillpoint Alliance graduate first electrical pre-apprenticeship class

BIG SPRING, Texas (KOSA) - Skillpoint Alliance and Howard College celebrated a significant milestone in workforce development Friday, Oct. 30, as the first class completed the new electrical pre-apprenticeship training program.

The inaugural class completed a free, four-week, full-time training program that began Oct. 5 and provided students with an opportunity to develop foundational skills for careers in the electrical trades.

The graduation marks the first group of students to complete the program through the growing partnership between Skillpoint Alliance and Howard College.
