CLEVELAND, Tx - Liberty County Deputies were dispatched to County Road 3558 Friday morning, July 24th following a report of a man kicking a dog on a leash.

Investigators say a witness gave them video showing Jenaro Jimenez repeatedly kicking the dog, named "Hulk." The video also showed Jimenez pulling on the leash in an apparent attempt to force the dog to stand before continuing to kick the animal, including in the face, deputies said.

Jimenez was located at a nearby residence and taken into custody.
