Texas bans some THC products, businesses feel the impact
Texas has classified Delta-8, Delta-10, THCA, and THCP as Schedule One controlled substances, making possession a state jail felony, and businesses across the state are removing these products from shelves.

BONHAM, Texas (KXII) - Delta-8, Delta-10, THCA, and THCP are now Schedule One controlled substances in Texas, and businesses that once sold them are feeling the impact.
Possession of those products is now a state jail felony, carrying a punishment of 180 days to two years in prison and fines up to $10,000.
The ban went into effect Friday, and stores across Texas have pulled the products from shelves.
