Minutes after a judge declared a mistrial Friday in the case of Lindsay Clancy, her attorneys said their civil case against her medical providers will go on.

The murder trial of Clancy, a 36-year-old former labor and delivery nurse who killed her three young children, has drawn widespread attention and sharp divisions over whether the Massachusetts woman should be criminally responsible given her mental illness and pleas for help.

After the murder trial ended Friday, two attorneys who filed a civil lawsuit against Clancy's medical providers spoke outside the courthouse.
