HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man is accused of pretending to be an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, according to court documents.

Court documents show that the man is identified as 48-year-old Majid Shaheed Mohammed, who is now charged with impersonating a public servant.

Houston police said the incident happened after a minor car accident in a parking garage at a west Houston apartment complex.
