BEXAR COUNTY, Texas - The Bexar County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of watching a group of men beat and abduct another man who was later found dead with "evident trauma" last week in southeast Bexar County, according to an arrest affidavit.

Deputies arrested Francisco Garza, 39, and charged him with failure to report a felony that resulted in death, Bexar County court records show.

The charge is considered a Class A misdemeanor.
