(KWTX/Gray News) - A daycare owner in Texas is accused of forcing a 2-year-old girl to bite another 2-year-old girl, according to authorities.
Jennifer Ann Garrett, the owner of Gracious Beginnings Day Care, was arrested and charged with third-degree felony injury to a child.
