LEAGUE CITY, Texas -- The 30-year-old public boat ramp near the FM 270 bridge at Clear Creek in League City will be closed for renovations beginning Oct. 12, according to a social media post from the city.

The $2 million renovation project is partially funded through a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

According to the post, the project will make the ramp safer and more accessible, and include: The boat ramp is expected to reopen in spring 2027, according to the post.
