Construction of the new wrestling and junior reserve officer training corps (JROTC) building at the Comal Independent School District's Smithson Valley High School is now complete.

Construction of the new wrestling and junior reserve officer training corps (JROTC) building at the Comal Independent School District's Smithson Valley High School is now complete.

The school community gathered on Tuesday evening for the new facility's dedication ceremony.

Principal Stacia Snyder and Superintendent John Chapman unveiled the facility's dedication plaque.
