WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco man was placed on deferred felony probation Thursday for posting explicit videos of sexual encounters with his former girlfriend after she broke up with him.

Judge Susan Kelly of 54th State District Court accepted a plea agreement between Tyreon Payton and the McLennan County District Attorney's Office and placed him on deferred probation for two years.

She also ordered him to perform 300 hours of community service and instructed probation officers to monitor his internet usage.
