Boerne Little League has no plans to play Tuesday as ordered by a judge after lawsuit by Oklahoma

Boerne Little League's Texas West team won the Southwest Region championship after an Oklahoma team was disqualified for using an ineligible player, but now faces a court order to play a Tuesday game.

Boerne Little League, playing as "Texas West," was crowned the Southwest Region champs after they defeated Louisiana 4-1 on Monday in Waco.

Monday's game was scheduled to be a semifinals game but turned into the championship game after a team from Oklahoma was disqualified by the Little League organization for using an ineligible player.

The Tulsa National Little League (Oklahoma) filed a lawsuit and a judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order and ordered the championship game between Boerne (Texas West) and Tulsa (Oklahoma) to be playedTuesday.
