Poteet FFA members recently volunteered their time to help with the Farm Summer Camp, giving local children a hands-on opportunity to learn about agriculture.

The free camp, held July 20-24 at the Poteet Grange, welcomed children ages 5-12 for evenings filled with educational activities focused on farming and rural life.

Throughout the week, campers participated in lessons on basic farming practices, interacted with farm animals, explored plant science, played games and learned baking skills.
