TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The City of Longview is asking for public input on how to address congestion and safety concerns along a stretch of Fourth Street between Loop 281 and Highway 259.

The corridor has seen retail growth that has contributed to heavy traffic.

According to TxDOT, 300 motor vehicle crashes occurred along that stretch between 2020 and 2025.
