LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Nearly 19,000 Laredo ISD students returned to classrooms Monday, Aug. 10, as district officials made safety their top priority for the new school year.
With thousands of students back on campuses, LISD Superintendent Guillermo Pro said the focus is on a secure opening to the school year."We want to make sure it's a safe entry to the new school year," Pro said.
