BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Brazos County polling location will be closed on Election Day after facility issues raised concerns about potential power outages, county officials said.

College Heights Assembly of God, at 4100 Old College Road in Bryan, will not open Tuesday due to a broken air conditioning unit and a potential loss of water.

While portable cooling units were considered, officials decided against using them to avoid overloading the older building's electrical system while voting machines are in use.
