MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Midland County Judge Terry Johnson was arrested Wednesday, that's according to information from the Midland County Sheriff's Office.
Terry Johnson is charged with: Two counts of Misuse of Official Information, Fraud Use Possess Info.
