TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - One of three men charged with the murder of Michael Sherman Ross II appeared in a Smith County courtroom Wednesday morning, as the case moves toward resolution, nearly a decade after the shooting that started it all.

Tarrance Reggie, 28, was in court for a plea agreement hearing, but prosecutors said they cannot move forward on his case until Camacho's pre-trial is resolved.

Reggie's next court date is set for Aug. 27."Mr. Jarvis and I have had several discussions about the case," the state said in court Wednesday.
