The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce is now accepting entries for the 2026 Light The Night Christmas Parade, returning to historic Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4. The Light The Night Christmas Parade has been a Fredericksburg tradition for more than 30 years, bringing thousands of residents and visitors together each December for an evening of lights, music and holiday cheer.

The event is the largest free event in Gillespie County, making it a signature celebration for the community and an important part of the local holiday season.
