SUGAR LAND, Texas (KTRK) -- The Fort Bend Independent School District Board is preparing to vote on changing attendance boundaries that could impact students and families across several schools.

Earlier this year, the district changed the elementary school boundaries.

The district said its goal is to relieve overutilization at Austin, Elkins, and Travis high schools and improve feeder alignment at middle schools.
