NOTICE OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Texas Local Government Code 211. 007, and Section 98-84 of the City's Code of Ordinances, a public hearing will be held by the City of Brownwood Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 501 Center Avenue, Brownwood, Texas, for the purpose of receiving comments on the following requests: To review and consider a request to change the zoning classification of HWY 183 N Early, being W W Hannum, Survey 59, Abstract 429, William P Mosely, Abstract 691, Acres 20. 1 also known as Property ID 80334, from R-1 Single Family Residential District to M-1 Restricted Industrial District.

It is requested that you make your views known, either in person, by writing, or by a duly authorized representative to aid the Planning and Zoning Commission in determining the proper action on this request.

Following the public hearing the Commission may recommend the proposed request to the City Council.
