HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Charges have been filed against a man in the 2007 murder of a woman who was found strangled to death inside her apartment, according to the Houston Police Department.

The suspect, 47-year-old Zachary Harper, is charged with murder in connection with the death of 29-year-old Yoshea Jarmon, according to Houston police.

Jarmon was found dead Sept. 15, 2007, inside her apartment in the 9500 block of Crofton Street.
