ATHENS, Texas (KLTV) - Meadow was 19 months old when she got a new name and a forever family.

Chris and Latricia Coburn adopted their niece at Henderson County's Adoption Day, making her their daughter.

The adoption was finalized inside the Third Judicial District Court.
