Early voting for the Lubbock City Council District 4 runoff election between Tim Green and Gary Boren takes place July 20-28, with election day scheduled for August 1.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Early voting begins Monday in the runoff election for Lubbock City Council District 4.
Homebuilder Tim Green is facing off against former city councilman Gary Boren after winning 47% of the vote back in June.
