HALLSVILLE, Texas (KLTV) - School is just around the corner, and many health officials are recommending vaccinations before it starts.

There are low cost or free vaccinations available at clinics like the one held at Hallsville Intermediate School today.

But a rising number of parents are opting out of having their children vaccinated.
