The growing presence of social media influencers and content creators at major sporting events is creating a new debate over where fan engagement ends and disruption begins.
After a series of incidents involving influencers at this year's U.S. Open, Wimbledon organizers say they don't plan to allow the same level of influencer activity at the All England Club.
The All England Club, which hosts Wimbledon, plans to take a stricter approach to influencers and content creators, including confiscating items such as ring lights that could disrupt matches, according to ESPN.
