The Pumpkin Spice Latte has been one of the biggest symbols of fall for more than two decades.

But new data suggests consumers may be getting more adventurous with their seasonal coffee orders, giving flavors like caramel apple, matcha, chai and banana a chance to steal some of the spotlight.
