With Election Day approaching, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico made his final push for votes in San Antonio Sunday evening at The Espee in St. Paul's Square.

In an exclusive interview with KSAT 12's Ernie Zuniga, Talarico reflected on more than a year of campaigning and his deep connection to San Antonio.

The former Rhodes Middle School teacher worked on the city's West Side, an experience he says inspired his political career.
