LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Residents in the Winfield, Shiloh, and Alexander neighborhoods have struggled for weeks with low water pressure, some reporting little more than a drip from their taps.
During a city council meeting on Monday, August 3, utility leaders attributed the problem to two causes: a broken 24-inch valve and ongoing construction on Loop 20.
