(KGNS) - Police arrested a 40-year-old man after investigating a report that he secretly recorded someone at a local hospital.

Patrol officers responded to a call at a local hospital on Oct. 21 at about 7:26 p.m. Officers wrote a report on an alleged invasive visual recording offense and took a device believed to be connected to the incident.

Special Victims Unit investigators took over the case on Oct. 22.
