GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Testimonies continue on day 2 in the trial of James Elmore Jr., who is charged with his alleged role in the notorious Texas Killing Fields.

Elmore Jr. is charged with manslaughter in the death of Laura Miller and is accused of tampering with evidence in the death of Audrey Lee Cook.

Both women were found in a remote oil field off Calder Road in League City in 1986.
