The clock is ticking and the window is closing for voters to register or update their existing voter registrations for the upcoming Nov. 3 General Election.

The deadline is end of business Oct. 5 in Guadalupe County, said Guadalupe County Clerk Teresa Kiel, who is overseeing the elections office in lieu of the most recent elections administrator's resignation at the time of the primary elections.
