The next Coffee with the City Manager will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 8-9 a.m. at Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course.

Fredericksburg City Manager Clinton Bailey will lead the discussion, marking the official public kickoff of the City's Unified Development Code (UDC) project.

During the event, Development Services staff and planning consultants from Kimley-Horn will provide an overview of the UDC project and its role in guiding future growth, implementing the City's 2024 Comprehensive Plan, and preserving Fredericksburg's unique character.
