LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lieutenant Gov. Dan Patrick made a stop in Lubbock Wednesday, attending the opening of new mental health facilities.

The expanded Sunrise Canyon Hospital and the new Hope Center in Lubbock are part of a push to improve crisis behavioral health care in West Texas.
