TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - An Angelina County man is behind bars after a deputy said he threatened a man with a handgun and returned minutes later to fire shots at a home on Ted Trout Drive, according to probable cause affidavits.
Branden Denis Hanak, 41, was held Monday on bonds totaling $500,000 for warrants charging him with deadly conduct and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to court records.
Deputies responded around 3:36 a.m. Thursday to a public service call at a home on Ted Trout Drive, where a man told deputies Hanak arrived in a dark-colored Range Rover and displayed a handgun after being told to leave, according to an affidavit.
