HEWITT, Texas (KWTX) - The blood alcohol content of a Central Texas teenager was three times the legal limit when he crashed and killed another driver in June, court documents obtained by KWTX allege.

Cash Lee Stebner, 18, was arrested on Aug. 13 on a charge of intoxication manslaughter in the June 13 wreck that killed the driver of a Chevrolet pickup.
