TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The deadline to submit an application to vote by mail in Texas is tomorrow, less than two weeks before the midterm elections.

One of the most-asked questions is who actually qualifies for absentee voting.

To vote by mail, a voter must be 65 years or older, suffering from an illness or disability, expected to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day, or away from their county during the required voting period.
