MARSHALL, Texas (KSLA) - A Marshall mother is speaking out after she says her 6-year-old son was kicked and tapped on the back of his head by teachers at Price T. Young Elementary.

The following Monday, Kidney said the school and campus police confirmed her son was kicked by a teacher after reviewing video of the incident in the cafeteria."Her intent wasn't criminal. It wasn't a criminal intent," Kidney said.
